Background and Development
Santa Ho (Asia) Ltd. and Santa Ho (China) Ltd. are established in Singapore early 90's; in the name of Holy Trading and Services [hereinafter called Holy] in household items and ladies' wear supply. Holy started its plastics resins project in 1992, working with a Hong Kong-based company in Singapore: Great China Chemical Pte. Ltd. to supply resins to photo-frame makers in Shanghai, China. After its decade services in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, Holy realized the rapid China development, shifting and focusing its resources into the Greater China.
Holy revitalizes Santa Ho (Asia) Ltd. and Santa Ho (China) Ltd. [hereinafter called Santa] in China and Hong Kong. Not only continuously supply branded resins from global manufacturers, Santa also invested in two manufacturing plants in Panyu District. One supplies compounded plastics to tailor-make high impact and enforcement, high temperature and flame retardant, anti-static and UV-protected, and so on. The other one supplies thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). We serve industrial sectors like electronic devices, office equipment, telecom and optical products, electrical appliances, automotive parts and components, audio-visual equipment, and so on.
Santa Ho (Shenzhen) Ltd. is established as a foreign business entity in Shenzhen. It holds complete legal registrations to run full import and export formalities. It is authorized by the China Customs as an import-export goods receiving and dispatching entity. It is licensed by the Foreign Exchange Board to handle import/export remittance for our global customers. It is an authorized Value-Added Tax (VAT) general tax paying company transacting with the official 17% VAT invoices.
