Background and Development
Santa Ho Asia Ltd. and Santa Ho China Ltd. are established in Singapore early 1990's; under the name of Holy Trading and Services (hereinafter called Holy) in general trading and ladies wear supply.
Holy started its first plastic project in 1992, working with another Hong Kong company in Singapore: Great China Chemical, to supply various plastic resins to photo frame makers in Shanghai, China.
After its decade services in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, Holy realized the global trend, shifting and focusing its resources in the development of Hong Kong and China.
Holy renames to Santa Ho Asia Ltd. and Santa Ho China Ltd. (hereinafter called Santa). Not only continuously distribute and supply imported branded plastics, Santa also invests in two production enterprises in Panyu, Guangdong. The two factories supply environmental friendly plastic materials. One supplies compounded and recycled plastics used in applications like electronic and electrical, power tools, telecom and automotive. The other one supplies thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) in wide range to suit specific demands while remaining price competitive. Both factories supply RoHS compliance and other environmental-related certificates.

Santa Ho (Shenzhen) Ltd. is established formally as a foreign business entity in China. It is officially approved to run import and export business. It is also officially registered in Chinese Customs authority as an import-export goods receiving and dispatching company. It can handle foreign remittance business. It is also a Value-Added Tax (VAT) general tax paying company capable to issue 17% VAT invoice.
